In addition, meetings are televised live on Time Warner Cable Station Channel 29 and Verizon subscribers can view the meetings on Channel 31. If you are attending this City Council Meeting, please park in the parking lot across the street from the Cultural Center. As an alternative to the Recommended Action, the City Council may 2. Waive further reading and introduce by title only Ordinance No. 2014 -1323 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE ADDING SECTION 6.04.235 TO CHAPTER 6.04 OF THE LAKE ELSINORE MUNICIPAL CODE REQUIRING THE MANDATORY SPAYING AND NEUTERING OF PIT BULL BREEDS. As a second alternative to the Recommended Action, the City Council may: 3.
