Recommendation
The applicant has requested that the above - referenced project be rescheduled to the next
Planning Commission meeting.
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission honor his request, take testimony from
any interested parties who may attend this hearing, and continue the Minor Design Review
to the next Planning Commission meeting which is scheduled for May 5, 2014.
