The City of Lake Elsinore appreciates your attendance. Citizens' interest provides the
Planning Commission with valuable information regarding issues of the community.
Meetings are normally held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month. If you are attending
this Planning Commission Meeting, please park in the Parking Lot across the street from the
Cultural Center. This will assist us in limiting the impact of meetings on the Downtown
Business District. Thank you for your cooperation.
The agenda is posted 72 hours prior to each meeting outside of City Hall and is available at
each meeting. The agenda and related reports are also available in the Community
Development Department on the Thursday prior to the Planning Commission meeting.

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission:
1. Adopt Resolution No. 2014 -_, A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the
City of Lake Elsinore, Approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2013 -11; A Request by
Verizon Wireless for the Approval of a Monopalm Unmanned Wireless Antenna,
Equipment Facility and Related Improvements Located at 21901 Railroad Canyon Road
within the Property of the Existing Lambs Fellowship based on the Findings and
Exhibits, and subject to the proposed Conditions of Approval.
2. Adopt Resolution No. 2014 -_ A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the
City of Lake Elsinore, California, Approving a Minor Design Review Request By Verizon

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission:

Residential Design Review No. 2013 -09 is Exempt from the Western Riverside County
Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP).
2. Adopt Resolution No. 2014 -_, A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the
City of Lake Elsinore, California Adopting Findings that the Project Identified as
Residential Design Review No. 2013 -10 is Exempt from the Western Riverside County
Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP).
3. Adopt Resolution No. 2014 -_ A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the
City of Lake Elsinore, California, Approving Residential Design Review No. 2013 -09,
based on the Findings and Exhibits, and subject to the attached Conditions of Approval.

The Lake Elsinore Commission will adjourn this meeting to the next regularly scheduled
