In addition, meetings are televised live on Time Warner Cable Station Channel 29 and Verizon subscribers can view the meetings on Channel 31. Due to the seismic retrofit of the Cultural Center, the City Council has moved its regular meeting location to the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) Boardroom located at 31315 Chaney Street, Lake Elsinore. All parking for these meetings is free and is located along Treleven Avenue or at the gravel parking lot on the northwest corner of Treleven and Gedge Avenue. Thank you for your cooperation. The agenda is posted 72 hours prior to each meeting outside of City Hall and is available at each meeting. The agenda and related reports are also available at the City Clerk's Office on the Friday prior to the Council meeting and are available on the City's website at www.fake- elsinore.org. (6) Notice of Completion for Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements on Riverside Drive — Prolect No. 4356 Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: (A) Accept the improvements into the City maintained system; (B) File the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder; and (C) Release all retention monies 35 days after the filing of the Notice of Completion. (7) Purchase of Picnic Shelters for Machado Park Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the purchase of two picnic shelters for Machado Park from Poligon /Porter Corp Inc. and authorize the City Manager to execute a purchase order.
