AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE,
CALIFORNIA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
R-3 (MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE) TO C-P
(COMMERCIAL PARK) ZONING DISTRICT. (ZONE
CHANGE 84-6 - ZIMMERMAN CONSULTING ENGI-
NEERS/TOMLINSON).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA4, DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: ZONING RECLASSIFICATION
The Zoning Map of the City of Lake Elsinore, California, is hereby
amended by changing, reclassifying and rezoning the following described property,
to wit:
"The Southeasterly 635.15 feet, measured at a right angle to
the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Riverside Drive (60
feet wide), of the following described property:
"A parcel of land in the City of Lake Elsinore, County of
Riverside, State of California, described as follows:
"Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the Map of the Subdivision of Lot 1
and 2 of Irish Ledlie Tract, Block B, La Laguna Ranch, as
recorded in Book 9, Page 29 of Maps, Records of Riverside
County California.
"Except that portion described as follows:
"Beginning on the Southeasterly line of the said Lot 11 at the
most Southerly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed
to the Southern Sierras Power Company by Deed from Stanley S.
Root and Glendora C. Root, recorded in Book 370, Page 58 of
Official Records of Riverside County, California and filed under
File No. 457 of Torrens Land Title Act, said most Southerly
corner being 40 feet Southwest of the most Easterly corner of
said Lot 11;
"THENCE South 37° 02' 50" West along the Southeasterly line of
said Lot, 20 feet;
"THENCE North 52° 57' 10" West along the Southeasterly line of
said Lot, 20 feet;
"THENCE North 52° 57' 10" West, 40 feet;
"THENCE North 37° 02' 50" East, 20 feet to the most Westerly
corner of said Parcel of land conveyed to the Southern Sierras
Power Company;
"THENCE South 52° 57' 10" East, 40 feet to the Point of Beginning..
"ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom Parcel 3090-3 as shown on Record of
Survey on file in Book 54, Pages 49 and 51, inclusive, of
-- Records of Survey, as conveyed to the Riverside County Flood
Control and Water Conservation District by Deed recorded
March 20, 1970 as Instrument No. 26090 of Official Records of
Riverside County, California."
from R-3 (Multiple-Family Residence) to C-P (Commercial Park), and the said real
property shall hereafter be subject to the provisions and regulations of the
Zoning Ordinance relating to property located within such C-P Zone.

SECTION TWO:
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
INTRODUCED AND APPROVED UPON FIRST READING this 27th day of November,
1984, upon the following roll call vote:

ABSENT: NONE
ABSTENTIONS: NONE
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED UPON SECOND READING this 11th day of
December, 1984, upon the following roll call vote:
