No. 1983-679ORDINANCE N0. 679 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1 (.SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE) TO M-1 LIMITED MANUFACTURING) (ZONE CHANGE 83-1 - HARMATZ/BURKHART) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE; ZONING RECLASSIFICATION The Zoning Map of the City of Lake Elsinore, California, is hereby amended by changing, reclassifying and rezoning the follow- ing described property, as shown in Exhibit A attached hereto, from R-1 (.Single-Family Residence) to M-1 (.Limited Manufacturing), and the said real property shall hereafter be subject to the provisions and regulations of the Zoning Ordinance relating to property located within such. M-1 Zone. SECTION TWO: This. ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
