We are putting in the final piece of equipment today to make sure the internal clocks at the City signals and
the Caltrans signals are in perfect synch. This should smooth things out to some degree but more importantly
it will allow us to input the new timing plans for all 5 signals that hopefully will reduce some of the worst
congestion. We are scheduled with Caltrans to put the new timing in this coming Wednesday (3/19/14) and
then fine tune the system over the following week.
