TFIE 51AYOR AND THE CITY COUPICIL OF TFIE CITY OF LhiS,*; ELSIPiORE, CALIFORNIA,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOTIlS:
Section 1: The following described real property Yocated in the City
of Lake 'Llsinore, California, is removed from its present district as ft-1
(Single Family .Residence District) and is rezoned to R-3 (FYult3ple Family
Dwelling District).. That the property which is rezoned is alY that certain
real property which is located in the City of Lake Elsinore, County of
Riverside, State of California, and more particularly described as follows: ~
The most westerly 1/4 of Lot 25, Block S, of
Elsinore, es shown by map on file in Sook 8,
Page 377 of maps of San Diego 4,ounty records.
Said property is located ou the northwest
corner of &iachado and Joy Streets.
Section 2: Ordinance No, 349 of the City o3 Lake Elsinore, California,
is hereby amended to aiiect the rezoning of tYte above described property,
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to certify
file passage o£ this Cs^dinance and cause ttte same to be published in the
