AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF'EL~INORE, CALIFORNIA -
APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF ELSINORE
OF CERTAIN ;INHABITED TERRITORY ;DESIGNATED AS-
"LAKE :SHORE WEST, BEING ANNEXATION N0.11" HEREIN.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Annexation Act-of 1913,
and pursuant to resolutions duly ,adopted by the city Council of the City
of Elsinore, a special election was held on the 13th day of December, 1966,
in inhabited territory contiguous to the City of Elsinore designated as
"Lake Shore West, being Annexation No.. 11", which is hereinafter more
particularly described; and .:
WHEREAS, at said special election the following question was submitted
to the qualified electors residang in said territory:
"Shall Lake Shore West, being Annexation No. 11, the legal
description of said property is on file with the City Clerk of
the City of Elsino re, California, be annexed to the City of
Elsinore?"
WHEREAS, it appears from the canvass of ;the returns of the votes cast
at the special election that a majority of all votes cast in said territory
on the question of annexation, favor annexation; and
WHEREAS, it:appears: that the special: election and all proceedings
relateing thereto; have been conducted strictly in .accordance with the
law. _ .
NOW, THEREFORE, the people of the City of Elsinore do ordain as follows:
Section l: That the annexation of inhabited territory contiguous to the
City df Elsinore, designated as ?'Lake Shore West,.lbeing annexation No.-ll", be
and the-same is herebylapproved,;which was submitted at theispecial-election
