The Mayor and City Council of the City of Elsinore do ordaih as follows: Section 1: Subsection (A) of Secfioh 4 of Ordinahce No:;349 is hereby amended by adding thereto a new subparagraph know as Subparagraph 5 of Sub- section,(A) of Section.4 of Ordinance No. 349, and reading as follows: "5 No. trailer, trailer home or mobil home shall.be used or occupied within any district of the City of Elsinore, Califorhia except pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance hlo. 410 of the City of Elsinore, California, or any amendments thereto, or for the. storage. of said trailer,,.trailer„home,.or mobile home,. or as may be allowed within .the Els inore State Park, or as hereinafter provided: (a) A trailer home or mobile home, may be used and occupied within any -of the industrial districts providing thaf a written applicatibn`is made to the City .Council of the-City of Elsinore, California,_,who shall. thereafter conduct a special hearing and may grant or deny said application at its sole discretion. In the event that a conditional.execptior is granted by the City Council of said City, it shall ;have the; power to ,g rant .such exception for'sucli period of time as it may in ;its sole discretion determine and upon such other terms and conditions as said Gity Council may require":. Section 2: The City Clerk is_hereby ordered an,d directed to certify the passage of;. his Ordinahce and to .cause the same to be published in a newspaper of general;circulation within the City of'Elsinore. AN ORDINANGE'APPROVING:THE ANNEXATION OF .CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERR`1TORY, DESfGNATED !'CITY OF,ELSINORE ANNEXATION NO. 10", TO THE>GITY -0F ELSINORE; AND BROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS UPON=CERTAIN TERMS"AND CONDITIONS.
