AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIiE CITY OF
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, Ahg~NDING ORDINANCE N0. 269
OF SAID CITY OF ELSINORE BY PROVIDING FOR iHF,
INSTALLING OF SEPARATr~ METERS FOR ~CH BUSI~iESS
ESTABLISHhIENT.
The City Council o£ the City of ~.lsinore, Caliiornia~ do ordain as follows ~
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 269 of the City of Llsinore be amended by
adding to Section 3, thereof, the £ollowing ;
"Section 3(a). It is-further hereby provided that separate water
meters shall be installed in each business establishment~ within
30 days from the passage of this Ordinance, said change to be
made at the axpense of the propertg owner~ and ii not changed
within the time herein provided, water service will be discontin-
ued until said Urdinance is complied with.
SECTION 2. The Ordinances or parts o£ Ordinances hertoYore passed, adopted
and in conflict herewith are hereb~ repealed.
SECTIOPd 3• 'ihe City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and
cause same to be published once in the Elsinore Leader Press, a
weekly newspaper of general circulation, published in the Citv of
~lsinore, California, and hereby designated for thet purpose.
