No. 1949-305_ _ _ . _ _ _. _ _ _ __ 50 . ~, -0RDSNI~NCE No. 3~5, AN ORDINANC~ OF THE CITY OF ELSINORE AMEND-` ' 3DTG SECTION 6 of ORDINANCE 3~0. 215 The Cit,y Gouncil of the Gity of Elsinore does ordain as follows: Section 1: Section 6 0£ Ordinance No. 215 0£ the Gity of Elsinore is hereby amended to read as followss Section 2: Card tables may be installed in any pool room and rented £or the purpose of card playing~ subject to the following restrictions and provisions: ° (a) A license fee shall be paid to the City of Elsinore in the amount of~ J y~25.00 per quarter for the £irst two tables and ~12.50 per quarter For each additional table, payable on the 1st day of January~ Apri~~l_. ' July, and October o£ each year, which license shall be in addition to any other license imposed by any of the Ordinances of the City of Elsinore. ° (b) That the game known as pangini and any of the games mentioned in ' Section 330 of the Penal Code of the State of California shall not be pla~*ed in any pool room. (c) That the stakes or wagers played for in any such bame shall not exceed one 10¢ trade check per player per game~ which trade checks sha11 be redeemable only in merchandise at the pool room where the game is played. Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordi- nance, and cause same to be pixblished once in the ~lsinore Leader-Press.
