A petition for the annexation to the City o£ Elsinore of the below described real pronerty having bPen submitted Lo and approved be the Boundary Commission of Riverside County on hlay 7tn~ 1953; and the annexation of such territory having been submittad to and ap,proved 'oy the Planning Commission o£ the City of Elsinore on June 2th, 1953; and the City Council of the City of Rlsinore having consented to and approued the annexation o£ such territory by Resolution numUer 780 passed on June 8th, 1953; and a netice of intention to circulate a petition calling for the annexation to the City of Elsinore of such territory having been duly, published; and said peti.tion having been duly circulated and presentzd to the City Council of the City o£ ~lsinore within the time required by law; and it having been duly certi£ied and found that said petition was signed by at lea~t onfl-fo.urth of the aualified electors residing t,rithin the territory sought to be annexedg and The City Council of' the City of ~'isinore having passed Resolution nnmber 796 giving notice therir. o£ its intention to call a special electi.o~ on Tuesday~ February 2nd, 19~~t, £cr the puroose o£ subnitting the question o£ annex_ation to the quali£ied electors residing within said territory~ and havi_ng set the 11~th da~* o£ llecember~ 1953, at L.00 o~clock P, M. at the City Hall of the Cit;,* o£ Elsinore for a~,ublic hearing on the question of annex- ation~ and havi.ng £urther resolved therin that said territory would be re- ferred to upon the ballots used at the election b~* the name of Southeast Addition: and this Resolution having been duly published; and the ~ublic hear- ing having been held on December l~th~ 1953 and continu.ed until December 28th, 19~3, and the -0ity Council of the City of Elsinore having found at that hearing that protest to the annexation was made by Iess than amajority of the owners of separ3te parcels of proroerty within the territory; and the City Council of the City o£ Elsinore having called a special election £or Tuesday~ February 2nd, 19~4 for the purpose o£ submitting to the qualified electore residing in the said territory the questio n of whether such territory should be annexed to and incorporated within the City of Elsinore~ and notice of such election having been duly canvassed the returns and £ound that a majority of the votes c~st were for annexation; ~ 10~ 2dOtiJ, THEREFORE~ the City Council of the of Elsinore does hereby ordain as follows: Secti.on L• That the following described territory~ known as the Southeast Additionr, be annexed to and made a oart of the City of Elsinore: i All that real pronerty situated in the County o£ Riverside~.
