AN ORDINAIVCE DECL.vRIF1G THE INT~DITION OR THE COUNCZL
OF THr, CITY OF ELSINOlu TO VAC:ITE A CERTAIN ALLEY
LYING IN BLOCK 14 UF SAID CITY.
The City Council of the Cit;~ of Elsinore does hereby ordain
as follows:
SECTION l. The Cit3* Council of the Citsr of ElsS.nore does iiereby declare
its intention to vacate the followinn street~ to wit;
That certain alle;,r runnin; between Lindsay and
Poe Streets bounded by Lots 1 to 6 ooth in-
- clusive on the South, and. T~ts 7 and 8 on the
