The City Council of the City oP Elsinore does hereby ordain as
follows i
Section 1; 'Phe amotznt of money necessary to be raised by ta.~cation
upon the taxable property in the City of Elsinore, a revenue to carry on the
various departments of said municipal corporation for the fiscal year 195~-
1951, azid to pay the bonded indebtedness of said Cit~ is hereby fi~ced as
