The City Council of the City of Elsinore, California, do ordain as follows: SECTION 1: Article 2 of Ordinance No. 268 of the City oS i,lsinore~~ California is hereby amended to include the additional sections to the saidl l~rtiele, entitled Sections '7 and 8. SEC^1ION 2: Article,2, Section 7: It shall be unlas~'u1 for any operator of a vehicle, other than one on official city business, to park such vehicle for a time longer than two (2) hours, betrveen g: A.Ni. to 6:00 P.M., Sundays and Holidays excluded, on that section of the City of Elsinore described as follows: "On Main Street from Limited Street to Heald Avenue, and on Graham Avenue Prom Plfain Street to Spring Street.'t SECTION 3: Article 2, Section 8: Stop signs shall be poeted on Pottery Street erossing LangstafP Street and on Sumner Street crossing Langstaff Street, makin~ LangstafP Street a through highway.r' I I,~ SECTI6N 4: Artiele 5, Section 3 of Ordinance No. 268 of the City ofl ~ U Elsinore, California, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 3: DISPOSITIOTd 0£ FINES ~ND FdRFLITURES. A11 fines or ForPeitures colleeted upon conviction or upon-tne forfeiture of bail of any person ehar~ed with a viola£sion of any oY the provisions of this Ordinance, shall be paid into the City Treasury and deposited to a special fund, ~fiiich is hereby created to be known as the r~Traffic Safety Fund." There:.may be appropriated out of said fund such mone$~s as from time to time may be authorized by the Council f or the purchase and maintenance of ofYicial traffic signs, signals, lights, and paint ' marks necessary to desi~nate the provisions of this Ordinance, and the balanee of' said fund shall be used exclusi.vely in the construction, maintenance and improvement of public streets within this eity.~~ Section 5: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the ~lsinore Leader- Press.
