RESOLUTION NO. 578
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of the City of Elsinore, a certain
Agreement with Gertrude A. Henderson, a copy
of which Agreement is hereto attached and
made a part of this Resolution.
I, PAUL KUENZLI, do hereby certify that I am the duly
elected, qualified and acting city clerk of the City of Elsinore
and that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
unanimously passed by the City Council of said City at its
