I- i.lJ cr 17 f-"" '" Ul" > III - III 0: 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 RESOLUTION NO. 641 RESOLUTION OF 'Nm CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELSINORE ORDERING THE VACATING OF THAT PORTION OF SILVER STREET LYING BETWEEN GRAHAM AND HEALD MNUE BE IT RESOLVED: That, whereas, the City Council of the City of Elsinore did, on the 9th day of October, 1950, pass an ordinance declaring its intention to vacate that portion of Silver Street lying between Graham and Heald A,:Y~11~eS,3, in t1.1.e City of Elsinore, County of Riverside, S ta te of Californ ia; and, Whereas, said ordinance of intention did fix the 30th day of October, 1950, at the hour of 7 o'clock P. M. as the time, and the City Hall on Main S tree t, in the City of Elsinore, as the place, for hearing all persons interested in, or objecting to, the proposed vacation; and, Whereas, notices of street vacation were posted conspicuously along the line of the street, or part thereof, proposed to be vacated ,which said notices were posted not more than 300 feet apart and at least three of which wet'e posted, and which said notices did state the passage of the ordinance of intention and the time ~nd place of the hearing; and, Vfuereas, a public hearing was held at such time and pllace before the City Council of the City of Elsinore, at which the said Council did hear evidence offered by all persons interested; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby find from all of the evidence submitted, ~~at said portion of Silver Street described in the ordinance of intention is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that that portion of Silver Street in the City of Elsinore, lying between Graham and Heald Streets, tl: ~ : 14 ~ ~ a: ll~~~ 15 ~ ...
