RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELSINORE~ DECLARING
THE RESULT OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTIuN.

WHEREAS a general municipal election was held and conducted in t e
4 City of Eisinore on Tuesday, the 11th day of April, 1950 as require
5 by Law.

AND VlliEREAS, it appears the notice of said election was duly and
legally given, that voting precinct~ were properly established, tha
election officers were regularly appointed and election supplies
furn~shed, and that in all respects$aid election was held and con-
ducted and the vote cast thereat recei~ed and canvassed and returns
thereof, made, determined and declared in time, form and manner as
required by the general laws of the State providing for and regulat'ng
municipal elections in cities of the sixth class,

AND 'ltmEREAS, the City Council of said Cit,y of Elsinore met at the
Council Chamber thereof on Tuesday the -j~1<<day of April, 1950 to ca -
vass the returns of said election and f'Ii'S"t'all the newly elected off'ce
and whereas the Council finds as a result of said canvass that the
number of votes cast, the names of the persons voted for, and other
matters required by law, to be as hereinafter stated, now thereofre

RESOLVED, determined and declared as follows:-
That said regular municipal election was held and conducted in
the City of Elsinore on Tuesday the 11th day of Aprill 1950, in ti e,

That there were two voting precincts established in said City
for the purpose of holding said election, as follows:-"Precinct "AI

That the whole number of votes cast in said election was 7$4
including absentee ballots.
That the names of the persons voted for, the offices for which
they were voted the number of votes received by each of said pers ns.
