and duly carried, the followin~ resolution ,vas. adopted, to vat:
4 BE rr 1m SO LvBD , by the City Council of the City of Elsinore, in
5 I regular session assembled this 14th.day of January,1952,thl3!t the sum of
6 Four Thousand Six Hundred Ninety '1'",0 Dollars and Eighty Four Cents,
'7 U;;4692.84) be and the same fuereby orderd transferecJ. from the In Lieu Tax
8 Fund to the General Fund,also that the S11m of Five Hundred Warty Nine
10 fered from the Liquor ContvcH Fund to the General Fund,in reminbursment
9 Dollars and Fifty Two Cents($549.52) be and the same hereby orderd trans-
11 of expenditures disbursed out of the General Funq which are lega;~ly expend-
12 able out of both the In Lieu and Liquor Control Funds.

16 of the GUy of Elsinore do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is
16 a full, true and correct copy of a resolution passed and adopted at a
