By the city council of the city of Elsinore that its Mayor ami citM clerk
be and are hereby authorized to sign 0<< behalf of the city a certain agreement
between the city of Elsinore and the county of Riverside whereby residents of
the county area are granted per.mission to use the Elsinore cmty dump for a
period of one (1) year without charge to the above mentioned users"
