WHEREAS, by Resolution number 810 and proceedings connected therewith the City Council of the City of Elsinore did on the 12th day of April, 1954 vacate that certain portion of Heald Avenue described as follows: The southerly fourteen feet thereof lying between the northerly extension of the east line of Block 31, City of Elsinore, as shown by Map on file in Book 6, page 302, Records of San Diego County, and the northerly extension of the west line of Lewis street, City of Elsinore, as shown on the same map, WHEREAS, a certified copy of said Resolution has been duly recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, and whereas the City of Elsinore has no further right, ti tIe and interest in and to the said por>tion of Heald Avenue, and whereas the Elsinore Union High School District owns the property adjacent to the portion of Heald Avenue so vacated, and as a matter of law succeeds to the ownership by virtue thereof of the portion of Heald Avenue so vacated. BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Elsinore are hereby authorized to execute in favor of and deliver to the Elsinore Union High School District a quitclaim deed covering that portion of Heald Avenue vacated by Resolution 810 and described above. GOODWIN, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Elsinore, California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Elsinore at a regular meeting held on the leth~ay of ~~~, 1954, by the following vote: Ayes: ~ Hull; Evans; Nelson; Morgan Noes: None Absent: None () 1.
