A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELSINORE, DECLAR-
ING THE RESULT OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION.
WHEREAS, a general municipal election was held and conducted in the
City of Elsinore on Tuesday the 13th day of April, 1954 as required by law, and
WHEREAS it appears that notice of said election was duly and legally r
given, that voting precincts were properly established, that election officers we
regularly appointed and election supplies furnished, and that in all respects
said election was held and conducted and the vote cast thereat received and .
canvassed and returns thereof, made, determined, and declared in time, form and
manner as required by the general laws of the State providing for and regulating
municipal elections in cities of the sixth class, and

WHEREAS, the City Council of said City of Elsinore met at the Council
Chambers thereof on 1-~ the ~,~h day of April, 1954 to canvass the returns
of said election and install the new y elected officers and whereas the council
finds as a result of said canvass that the number of votes cast, the names of
the persons voted for, and other matters required by law, to be as hereinafter
stated, now therefor it is hereby
RESOLVED, determined, and declared as follows:-
That said regular municipal election was held and conducted in the City
of Elsinore on Tuesday, the 13th day of April, 1954, in time, form and manner
as required by law,
That there were two voting precincts established in said City for the
purpos~ of holding said election, as follows: - Precinct "AU and Precinct "B".
That the whole number of votes cast in said election is ~including
absentee ballots.
That the names of the persons voted for, the offices for which they
were voted, the number of votes received by each of said persons as follows:
