RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'I'm: CITY OF ELSINORE
ORDERING THE VACA'I'ING OF A POHTION OF II'[!;ALD AVENUE
LYING BETWEEN LJ1'WIS STRP:BT IN BT.JOCK 31 OF SAID C Fry.
BE IT RESOLVED:
That, whereas, the City Council of the
City of Elsinore did, on the 22nd day of February, 1954, pass an
ordinance declaring its intention to vacate that certain portion
of Heald Avenue described as follows:
The southerly fourteen feet thereof lyi between
the northerly extension of the east line of Block
31, City of Elsinore, as shown by Map on file in
Book 6, page 302, Records of San Diego County, and
the northerly extension of the west line of Lewis
Street, City of Elsinore, as shown on the same map,
Whereas, said ordinance of
intention did fix the 22nd day of

March, 1954 at t he hour of 8.00 0 I clock P. !VI. at the Ci ty Hall
of the City of Elsinore as the time and place for hearing all
persons interested in or objecting to, the proposed vacation.
Whereas, notices of street vacation v"er'e posted conspicuously
along the line of the street, or part thereof proposed to be
vacated, not more than three hrmdred feet (300) apart and at ledst
thx'ee (3) notices were posted, and whereas said notices did state
the passage 'of the ordinance of intention and the time and place
of the hearing,
Whereas, a public hearing was held at such time and place
before the City Council of the City of Elsinore, and regularly
conti nued to Wednesday, the 24th day of March, 1954 at t he same
hour and place, and whereas at both hearings the City Council did
hear evidence offered by all persons interested,
NOW, 'rHEREPOBE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Elsinore that the City Council does hereby find from all
of the evidence submitted, that the said portion of Heald liverlUe
