A REOOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ELSINORE AUTHORIZING CERTAIN POLICE DEPARTMENT
PROMOTIONS AS REQUESTED BY CHIEF HAYMEN.
7 Chief of Police Hayman having advised the council tha certain officers in the
8 department are worthy of advance in rank:
THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED:
By the city council of the city of Elsinore, that chief
of police Hayman be authorized to effect the following changes in rank of the
following officers; To-Wit
Sgt. Charles Ray promoted to Captain
Officer James Cox "
II Desk Sgt.
Inasmuch as budgeted funds do not pre vide for further increase in pay of police
officers during the fiscal year, salaries of both these officers will remain
at their present level.

city clerk of the city of Elsinore hereby certify
tha t the foregoing resUution was adopted #III#ihi#
