AU'IRORIZING THE INSTALLATION BY 'IRE CALIF.
ELECTRIC POWER CCHPANY,OF ONE ADDITIONAL
STREET LIGHT ON EXISTING POLE BETWEEN
GRAHAM AVE AND LIMITED STREET,ON LINDSAY STREET
WHEREAS: A request has been made in writing to this council for the
installation of one additionall street on l.i.ndsa;r stree:t Between
Gral'1a Ave and I..im:ited street, and :
Whereas :investigation of the proposed location has been made b7 the
supt of Public Works and upon his recommendation:
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
By t..e City-Council of the City of Elsinore that the California mil
Electric Power Company be and is hereDyo authorized to install said
street light of the size and type generally used in the area on
existing pole.

of "Agreement for the Purchase of the State's Title to Certain
Tax Deeded property as Provided by Division 1, Part 6, Chapter
8 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of Californian
with nExhibit AU attached, for the approval of the City Council.
This property is needed in connection with Road VIII-Riv-77-Esn
for State highway purposes.
Since Riverside County's announcement of Tax Sale
No. 2848, Group 11, is set for sale February 15, 1955, your
immediate attention to this matter is requested. Please find
enclosed a self-addressed, stamped envelope for your convenience.
