RESOLUTION ~~~CP
WHEREAS, the City of Elsinore desires to purchase
for use as a public street property described in its
Resolution No. 869,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Elsinore that the City of Elsinore undertakes
and agrees, in the event such property should be resold by
said City, to transmit the net profit of such a sale to the
County of Riverside for pro-rata distribution among the taxing
agencies having a tax interest therein, as provided by law.
