RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELSINORE
DECLARING THE RESULT OF THE GENRRAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION.

WHEHEAS, ~ general municipal election was held and conducted in the
City of Elsjnore OR Tuesday the 10th day of April, 1956 as required by law, and

WHEREAS it appears that notice of said election was duly and leagally
7 given, that voting precincts were properly established, that election officers
were regularly apnointed and election supplies furnished, 2I1d that in all respect
8 said election was held and conducted and the vote cast thereat received and
canvassed and returns thereof, mail.e, determined and declared in time, form and
9 manner as required by the general laws of the State providing for and regulating
municipal elections in cities of the sixth class, and
WtlEREAS, the City Q:mnci1 of said City of Elsinore met at the Council I
11 Ch;mbers thereof on Tuesday the 17th day of April, 1956 to canvass the returns of
I said election and install the newly elected officers and whereas the Council find~
