HESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, there was presented to the Ctty Council of
the City of Elsinore a proposed easement and a franchise for
encroachment permit to be executed and delivered on behalf of
the C:L ty of Elsinore to the Elsinore Valley ]Vlunicipal lJJater
District for the purpose of enabling said District to construct
and maintain a proposed vJater distribution system to benefit
the inhabitants of Elsino1:'e Valley, and including the inhabitants
of the City of Elsinore therein, after some discussion, and
upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the
following resolutions were adopted:
BE IT RESOLvlJ.:D that that certain easement dated

as presented to tnis meeting, be and the same
is hereby autho:cized and approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute
and attest the same respect:Lvely and deliver
the same to the Elsinore Valley Municipal
Water District;
BE IT FURTHEH HESOLVED that that certain fran-
chlse for encroachment permlt dated January
1956 from the City of Elsinore to the Elsinore
Valley Municipal \;Jater' District, as presented
to thls meeting, be and the same is hereby
authorized and approved, and the ]'la.)70r and
Ci ty Clerk are llec'eby authorized and directed
to execute and attest the same in their re-
spective capaciti.es and deliver the same to
the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District.

and acting City Clerk of the City of Elsinore
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by
