BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elsinore, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized

and directed to execute and deliver on behalf of the City of
Elsinore that certain agreement entitled llAgreement for the

Purchase of the State's Title to Certain Tax Deeded Property, as
Provided by Division I, Part 6, Chapter 8, of the Revenue and
Taxation Code of the State of California", covering portion of
Lots 11, 12 and 13 in Government Lot 1, Block B, Crawford and
Bonds Addition to Elsinore, as shown by Map recorded in Book 4,
