RESOLUTION NO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elsinore, that it is to the advantage and best interests of the
City of Elsinore to lease the Elsinore Sewer Farm~ SAM STEWART
for a term of five years in accordance with the terms and conditions
of that certain lease attached hereto, and for a rental of Six
Hundred Dollars ($600.00) annually, and the Mayor and the City
Clerk of the City of Elsinore are hereby authorized and directed
to execute and deliver said lease to SAM STEWART.
I, R. W. Goodwin, the duly elected, qualified and acting
City Clerk of the City of Elsinore, do hereby certify that the
foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a Resolution of
the City Council of said City, passed at its regular meeting held
