RESOLUTION NO. 933
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CALLING AND GIVING
NOTICE OF THE HOLDING OF A REGULAR MUNICIPAL EI1WTION
IN THE CITY OF ELSINORE ON THE 8TH DAY OF APRIL 1958
FOR ELECTION OF CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS AS REQUIID~D
BY THE LA:!JIfS OF 'fHE STATE OF CALIFOBNIA.

WHEREAS: Under the previsions of the laws 0f the state 0f California" tl
relating tG elections within general law cities of saie. state, a regular municip
election shall be hele. on the eighth (8th) tay 0f A.pril 1958, for the election
of tWG (2) members of the City Council ef.saie. City for the full term of f0ur
(4) years.
rrHEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the requirements of the laws of
the state of California relating te Municipal Corporations of the sixth class
wi thin saiG. State, there shall be" an. is hereby ordere. hel<< in the City of
Elsinore, Ceunty of Riversie.e, state 0f California en Tuese.ay the eighth (8th)
<<ay of April 1958, a regular general municipal election of the qualified voters
of 6ai. city for the purpose of electing two (2) members Qf the City Council
of sai. city for the full four (4) year term.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the ballots used in said. electien shall be,
both as te form and matter containeci therein such as may be require. by the
laws governing such elections and. that the City Clerk of said city is hereby
authorize. and directed to procure and furnish any and all official ballots,
notices, supplies anGi equipment that may be necessary te orlllerly and lawfully
conduct saiq election.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That fer the purpose of helllling salet election,
there shall be tw. (2) voting precincts within said city, consisting of
consolidations ef regular election precincts establisheci for holding county
anet state elections, &lJ feUews:censGlidatee. precinct "A" comprising regular
election precincts numbers 1 azul. 4, the polling pla.ce shall be the Fire Station
at 130 South Main Street. Consolil!iateci precinct "Btt comprising regular election
precincts numbers 2, 3, ane. 5, the polling place shall be the social hall of
the Presbyterian Church at the corner of Graham Avenue and. Lindsay Street.
