Resolved that all residents of the City of Elsinore are reqp.ea.ted to
cooperate in ascertaining and furnishing any and all of the factS1
regarding the history at water developeraeut and supply in Elsinore..
Furnishing the City andlor persons properly authorized all information
pertaining thereto.
