BE IT HEREBY RESQI,VEl) that the Mayor and the Clerk are authorized to
sign the agreement with the Board of Equilization for the Amendment of
Agreement for State Administration of Local Sales and Use Taxes, which
would result in the accelerated transmittal of local sales tax collections.
