BE IT RESOLVED that the CITY OF ELSINORE establish

. in its name one or more deposit accounts with FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF ELSINORE upon such terms and conditions as may be
agreed upon with said bank and that the Mayor and Treasurer of
this city be and they are hereby authorized to establish such
accounts.,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that Thomas Co Bartlett,..
Mayor; and/or Ho Co Scot6. Treasurer; and/or Florene Kunkle"
Clerk; of this City be, and they are hereby authorized to
withdraw funds of this City from any such established account
upon checks of this City, or upon withdrawal orders furnished
by said bank, signed as provided herein with si.gnatures duly
certified to said bank by the Clerk of this City, and said ba~k
is hereby authorized to honor and pay any and all checks or
withdrawa~ ordera so signed, including those drawn to the indivi-I
dual order o:f any o:f:ficer or other person authorized to sign the
