WHEREAS, a master agreement been presented to bs entered
into with tha State of California for expenditure Bf the
engineering allocation in tile City of Elsinore , and
~n'IEREA3, the City Council ha~3 heard read ~)aid Elgreement in
full cmd is familiar vrith t contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of
Elsinore that said master ;::'gn~eJTl,ent be a.nd it is hereby
adopted to cover the budgeting of proposed expenditures of the
engineering allocation to cities, and said agreement be and the
same is hereby approved and the mayor and the city clerk are
directed to sign the same on behalf of said city, said
agreement to be binding upon the city upon its execution by
the authorized officials of the Stateo
