Whereas, The Channel for Shippinr the water from the point or orieln to the
lake is usable ad i.s now bein~ llsed. to now water supply into Railroad
Canyon Lake. From tAe Railroad. Canyon Dam to I,ake Elsinore, the cha.nnel
will permit a suffieieBt flow Gf water for the project.. "From tae oricin of
water to Railroad Camy.. Dem, the ebstruetil.ms still permlt a usable supply
of water for Lake Elsinore. County Supervisor Wm. E.. JOl'les has assurelli the
full cooperation of the COuntiY Supervisors in the minor 1nrprovemeftts in sa1 d

naB fornia indicate that the boat owner 1s more than willinC to defray all
costs to the State of California for thet'illinr. and maintenance of Lake
