SECTION l~ That pursuant to the requirements of tbe lavls of the State of
Ca.liforrlia. relating to General Law Cities wi thin said State, there shall be, and
there is hereby called and ordered, held in the Ci t:, of Elsinore, Gount~T of Riverside,
State of Ce.lifornia, on Tuesday, the l2tli c:[;'J" of April, 1960, a regular general
municipal election of the qualified electors of s;;5d City for the purpose of electi.ng
3 members of the City Council of said Cit;y for the full term of four yee.r's; e. Cit;y-
Clerk of said City- for the full term of four years; and a Cit;y Treasurer of said City
for the full term of four years#
SECTION 2.. That the ballots to be used at said election shall be, both as
to form and matter contained the:cein, such as may be required b;)r la".f to be used thereat~

SECTION L. 'I'l1.at for the purpose of holding said regular general municipal

consisting (of consolidations) of the regular election precincts in the City of
Elsinore established 1'01' tl1e holding of state ana coc::.n.ty elections, as said regular

p,911ing places for the respectbre precincts shall be the places hereinafter designated;
and that the persons herehlafter named, beins; competent and qU.:\Ufied electors and
residents of said Cit;y and of their respective votin~ precincts, are hereby appointed
officers rf election for their respective voting precincts and they shall hold sdd

SEe'I'ION 5.. That the compensation of the persons hereinabove named as
election officers is hereby fixed at the sum of ~p18 000 Dollars for each Inspector,
and $15..00 Dolla.rs for each Dudge and Clol'k~ for said e1ectiono The rental for each
of such polli~ places, 'Where a charge is made, shall be the smn of $10.00 Dollars
for said e1ection<<
SEc'rION 6.. That the polls for s2.td elcct.:ton shall be o:t)en at. seven
0' clock A.He, of the day of said elect:ion, and shall remain open continuously from
said ti.iIlG until seven of clock P"N.. of the same day, when said polls S1all be
closed" except as provided in Section 573L~ of the Elections Code of the State of
California",
SECTION 7" That in all particulars not recited in this J~8801iltion,
said election shall be held dnd conducted as provided by 18:w for holding municipal
elections in said City..
SEC'l'ION 8.!>". That notice of the time and place of holding said election is
hereby given and the Cj.ty Clerk is hereby Clu.thorizt:ld, instru.cted unO. directed to give
such further or additional notice of said electj.on in time, fonrl and marmer as

SECTION 90 That the City ClE!rk shall certify to the passage and. adoption
of this Resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original Resolutions of
eraid City; and shall make a. minute of the passage and adoption t.hereof in the
records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City, in the minutes of the
meeting at which the sa.me is passed and adopted.
