A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL pF
OF ELSINORE, CALIFOID~IA, ~ffiKING I~S
VACATING AN ALLEY. I
THE CITY
ORDER

WHEREAS, on July 9th , 1962, the Citr Council of the City
of Elsinore adopted Resolution No.l080 deflaring its intention
to order the vacation of an alley and fixin~ the time and place of

hearing all persons interested in the proPfsed vacation, pur-
suant to the provisions of the Street vacatlion Act of 1941, being
Sections8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 f the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, said proposed vacation was submitted to and acted
upon by the Planning Commission of the Cit of Elsinore and notice

of hearing said resolution was given as provided by said Street
Vacation Act of 1941; and
WHEREAS, on the day fixed for the hearing the City Council
and found and hereby finds from all of the evidence submitted
that said alley hereinafter ordered vacate is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use,

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Elsinore
does ordain that the said alley in the eit of Elsinore, County of
