CALIFORNIA, SUPPORTIm THE PROPOSAL OF THE STUDY COMMITTEE
OF THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA RIDIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COUNTY
SUPERVISORS TO THE STATE SENATE DAPPORTIOHMENT COMMISSION
PROPOSING TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF MmI.lBERS OF STATE SENATORS

that by' means of a constitutional amendment the number of State Senators

That the Counties of Santa Barbara, Vetura, Orange, R:l:l'ers1de
and San Bemardino would be divided into two Senatorial districts;

WHEREAS" the City Council of the City of Elsinore has studied and
considered the proposal of the Study Committee and feels that its preposed
