ACCEPTING THE IMP OS IT ON OF ADDITIONAL TUGffilAI
USERS TAXES AND ~ES PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 1852,
STATUTES OF 1963.
The City Council of the City of Elsinore resolves as follows:
SECTION 1. Only in order to comply with the provieions of Section 10.2
of the Collier-Unruh Local Transportation Development Act (streets and
Highw~8 Code Section 186.1), the City of Elsinore hereby ado~ts a Resolution
approving the impodt:ion of additional highway usere taxes and fees pursuant
to said Act.
SF.~T!ON 2. The City dedree apnort:ionmente to be made to :it in accordance
with provisions of said Section of the Act and is aware of the nece~sity of
conforming to the matching requirements l"rescribed by Section 14 of said Act
(Streets and Highways Code Section 186.5).
SECTION 3. All monies received by the City from the Stat~ under the pro-
vislon~ of Section 10.2 of said Act shall be paid into the Snecial Gas Tax
Street Improvement Fund and exnended exclu1!!i vely for acquiE'i tion of rights-
of-way for and construction of routee on the select system of city streets
establie:hed as provided in Section 12 of said Act (Streets and Highways Code
Section 186.3).
SKCT!CM 4. In compliance wi th ~ai d Act the City Clerk is directed to send
a properly executed copy of this Resolution to the Department of Public Works
at SacrBlMnto, Califomia.
ADOPTED by the C1 ty Council of Elsinore this 26th day of August, 1963.
