RESOLUTION NO. 1138
Whereas, proponents for annexation to the City of Elsinore have
complied with all legal steps prescribed by the Government Code of
California, and
Whereas, the proposed annexation received the full endorsement of the
County Boundary Commission, and
"./hereas, the Local Agency Formation Commission in its tltrn completely
endorsed the proposed annexation, and
Whereas, the proponents here~y submit the required Affidavit of
Publication signifying their intent to circulate petitions for annexation
(attached exhibit A), then
Therefore, let it be resolved that the City Council of the City of
Elsinore does by this resolution acknowledge recei~)t of the aforementioned
Notice of Intent and grants its approval for the circulation of the petition.
Approved and Adopted by the City Council of the City of Elsinore this
27th day of July. 1964.
