BE IT RESOLVED: By the City Council of the City of Elsinore that the
rates of taxes designated in the number of cents upon each $100.00 of the
assessed value of the taxable property in the City of Elsinore, State of
Cal ifornia, for the fiscal year 1961+-1965 is hereby fixed as follows:
