I've copied a legal description which is in my files, but I'm not absolutely certain that this is the final legal descrip~ion, as, from time to time, Jim Welty has made changes. I wish that you would check and verify the legal descrip- tion with him. Also, I trust that Jim Welty has been following the procedures set forth in the Government Code. As you know, we have left the procedure for this annexa- tion pretty much in the hands of the Land Owners' Associa- tion. Inasmuch as I only hear about this from time to time, I assume that he is seeking and obtaining some legal assis- tance in reference to the procedures. In other words, since I'm not handling it I feel I cannot take the legal responsibility for the legal aspects.
