RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CrTY OF Elsinore
APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER -L TO AGREEMENT FOR HAINTENANCE
OF
STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF Elsinore
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
Public Works , Division of Highwa~rs, lJas presented Amendment
Number 1
to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State
highway in the City of Elsinore
, dated July l~ 196~
vrn~R3AS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment
Number ~ in fUll and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Elsinore
that said Amendment Number
1
is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the City ~lerk are directed to
sign, the same on behalf of said City.
