ADOPTING AND SUBNITTING A BUDGI!.."'T FOR EKPE11)ITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGmt/AY FUND TO CITIF;8
WHEREAS 1.. a master agreement has been executed by the
City of ELSINOKE , hereinafter referred to as the:
City, and the State of California, Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on
March 14. , 19~, for expenditure of State allocated
funds; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared budget proposal
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during the 19jj..iJ fiscal year; and
WHEREAS 1 the City Council has heard read said budget proposal
and is familiar With the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of ELSINOiE that said budget proposal dated
iBne 29 , 19~, be and is hereby adopted as the
budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to c1 ti.es,
said budget proposal be and the same is hereby approved and the
Mayor. is directed to sign the same on

behalf of said CitY2 and said budget proposal to be submitted to the
.Department in accoraance with the provisions of Section 197 of the
Streets and Highways Code.

by and between the City of Elsinore p hereinafter referred
to as -the City", and the Department of Public Works of the Stato of
California, acting by and through the Division of Highways, herein-
after called "the Department"o
WITNESSETH:;
WHEREAS, an Agreement for maintenance of State highwaysp
88 provided for in Sectlon 130 of the Streets & Highways Code, was
executed by the City September 14 p 19 64 and by the Depart~
ment October 7 I 19 ~~ and
WHEREAS, said Agreement by its terms provides that it
may be modified or amended at any time upon mutual consent of the
partiesj and
WHEREAS, tho parties hereto now desire that said Agreement
be amended,

NOW, TTmIlliFOnE, it J S lmderstood and agreed that said
agreement be and hhe same is hereby amended in accordance with the
attached pages dated July 1 , 19 66 and numbered 11-14
which attached pages shall be substituted for like numbered pages
in said Agreement, and shall cancel and supersede such like "numbered
pages, becoming a part of said Agreement for all purposeso In all
other respeots, said Agreement shall remain in full force and effecto

a length of approximately 3.05 miles.
Lakeshore Drive from West City Limit
at Matich Street to Graham Avenue,
along Grah~ Avenue from Lakeshore
Drive to Main Street and Main Street
from Graham Avenue to junction with
State Highway Route 71 north of
Minthorn Street, a length of approxi-
mately 1.65 miles.
