dE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor a~d City Conncil of the City of Elsinore,
State of Latifornia, io regular session assembled on October 13, 1970, that
the Mayor was authorized and directed to execute this Resolution of Acceptance
on behalf of said City for the follaving described Grant Deed:
A sewer easement, together with tNe right to construct,
operate, and maintain sewer mains and appurtenances, over
the southwesterly 10 feet of the foliowing desc~ibed
property:
The Sowthwesterly 155 feet of Lot 7, Block A of Elsinore,
as sMown by map on file in 6ook 8, Page 377 of Maps, CoUnty
' of San Diego Records, exeepting therefrom the westerlq 315
feet thereof.
This easement includes the temporary right of entry for
sewer construction purposes.
ADOPTED this 13th day of Uctober, 1970.
