Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Elsinore that the
Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Elsinore are hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Elsinore an agreement with the State of
California Department of Finance for certification of the population
estimate as per Section 2107.2 of the Streets and Highways Code.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of May, 1g70.
