The Mayor and City Council of the City of Lake Elainore do ordain
as follows:
Whereas Ordinance No. 535, Section 12 provides that impounding
and redemption Yees for large animais shall be aet by resolution of the
City Council from time to time,
Now=thereYore be it resolved that the following sh~ll be set as fees
for impounding and boarding oP large animals:
Impound Yee------------------$10.00
Boarding fee_________________ 1,00 per day
Be it further resolved that the Pollowing shall be set as Pees for
impounding and boarding of fowls:
Impound fee---°°--°°°°-$ 3.00
Boarding fee----------------- ,~5 per day
PASBED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 1974 by the
Mayor and City Council oP the City of Lake Elsinore.
