APPROVING AND ADOPTING Tf~ Bi11XiET FOR TF~
1974-1975 FISCAL YEAR AND APPROPRIATINQ
1 FUNDS Tf~REFORE,
a WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 37208 of the Government Code,
3 that certain document entitled ~`Preliminary Budget Estimates For the City of Lake
. ~
~ 4 Elsinore For The Fiscal Year 1974-1978" on file in the office of the City Clerk,
5 is hereby approved as the budget Por the City of Lake Elsinore for the fiscal
6 year 1974-1975 to the extent of the totals set forth for bond redemption and
7 interest requirements, the totals set Porth for each capital improvement project
8 and the totals set forth for each of the various other Punda; and
9 WHEREAS, the following sums are hereby appropriated from each of the
10 following funds for the purpose of carrying on the business of the City:

19 MHEREAS, this resolution adopts the budget for the fiscal year 1994-1975,
20 and,
21 W(~EpS, the City Manager, upon recommendation of the Finance Director, may
22 transfer funds within, but not between, each oP the functional appropriations
23 oP the General Fund as required to achieve the purpose of this function; and
24 Wf~REAS, the Council, from time to time, by motion or resolution, may
25 approve and authorize the payment o3 non-budgeted demands Yrom appropriated
26 funds; and may appropriate funds for budgeted or non-budgeted items, and any
27 such appropriation Por a non-budgeted item ahall constitute an approval to issue
2S a warrant in payment oF a proper demand or demands thereYore,
29 WHEREAS, 3ection 51508 of the Government Code requires the Council to fix
30 the amount of revenue from property tases necessary to aupport the City's
31 departmenta for the current year,
32 NOW, TFffitEFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following are flxed as the amounts
